I met Stacy thru our Chiropractor\'s office some time ago, but only recently became a student of hers. I say student, not patient, because she is not fixing me - she is training me how to eat smarter and healthier. In the 3 weeks since we started, I have lost 9 pounds and am 6 lbs away from my second goal. The first goal was giving up the Fast Food deception - 3 weeks and no fast food receipts in my Quciken. Because our family does eat out on the weekends, she has been a blessing by telling me what I can eat, what to avoid and how to work the meals to my benefit. I started working with Anastasia in June of 2011 to get back on track with eating healthy and losing the 100 lbs + of excess weight I was carrying around that was literally sucking the life out of me..lol....I have a 11 year old and a 4 yr old that require a mother who is healthy and is able to keep up with them and at my heaviest weight of 271 lbs. being only 5\'1\" I was not able too...I also suffered from high blood pressure....Anastasia put me on a set calorie intake per day and a exercise regimen 5 days a week...From 6/2011-12/2011 I had lost 36 lbs..I underwent a gastric sleeve procedure on 12/15/2011 and continued with my set calorie intake and exercising 4 days a week at the gym....From 12/2011-Present I have lost a total of 66 lbs....bringing my total weight loss to 102 lbs...I am only 29 lbs. to my goal weight of 140 lbs...Just so that everyone understands that having weight loss surgery is not a miracle cure it is only a tool to help you achieve success in your weight loss journey...You still have to work hard everyday and continue to eat right and exercise...the weight doesn\'t just come off because of having weight loss surgery....you have to put a lot of work and effort into your weight loss journey....Anastasia is amazing and you won\'t be disappointed....She is absoultely the best at what she does...Oh and I am no longer taking any medication for my high blood pressure and have no problem keeping up with my children....Determination and believing in yourself are the greatest tools for success...Anastasia and I are still in contact on a weekly basis and she continues to help me in my success...She will help you too...Doris Perez

I met Anastasia early one morning at the gym a year and a half ago. I went into it thinking that it would be fun to have someone to work out with but ended up learning so much from her. She taught me new exercises and basically became my trainer during our work outs together. And during this time she started telling me about the healthy meals she cooked at home. if you are committed to losing weight and changing your eating habits,by eating well without depriving yourself, i can only think of one person to recommend and that is Anastasia. Since i began working with her in September 2010 i have lost over 30 pounds and have never felt better. Over all my health has improved immensely since i began working with Anastasia for example my cholesterol,blood pressure,and triglycerides are back to normal. I am also sleeping better at night and i have more energy in the morning. My back, which had bothered me in the past,is no longer an issue. she is great at giving me advice about exercise and eating. It has taken a lifetime to eat healthy. My idea of a balanced meal was soda and peanut M&Ms! After all, peanuts are protein, right?
